We are a mental health service that aims to connect you to a team of psychologists through online tele/video consultations. Here, you can view the profiles and areas of expertise of our team of psychologists to find the best fit for your needs. Once you have found a psychologist, you can select to book an appointment based on the date and time that suits you.
We provide a phone concierge service at (03) 7023 2883 to help you connect with a psychologist, including referrals, Mental Health Care Plans, booking inquiries, and Medicare claims. Our service is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. You can leave a voice message outside these hours.

Our psychologists have experience working with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bullying, grief & loss, stress, self-esteem, phobias, abuse, family violence, adjustment difficulties, trauma-related disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and autism spectrum disorder.
All our sessions are currently conducted virtually (generally through online video calls). Once you have made a booking with our psychologist, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS. On the day of the appointment, you will receive an SMS with the link to start your virtual health session with your psychologist at the allocated appointment time.
If you have not seen a psychologist before, we understand the process can be potentially daunting.
There are a couple of considerations when booking with a psychologist for the first time, such as specialty or availability. Are you looking for someone who has a specific specialty or experience in a particular issue? Or are you just looking to connect with someone as soon as possible? Either way, our site allows you to search for a psychologist by specialty or availability. Once you've found a psychologist whom you would like to connect with on your preferred date and time, select the 'book now' button. As part of the appointment booking process, we will require you to provide your credit card details to secure your appointment. 72 hours prior to your appointment, we will process your payment and following your consultation, we will send your receipt via email.

* All clients are required to pay the full consultation fee before their appointment.
** If you have a valid and current Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) with sessions remaining, you may be eligible to claim a rebate from Medicare after your appointment. The rebate is paid directly to the bank account registered with Medicare, reducing your final out-of-pocket cost.
Please note: The Medicare rebate amount shown is based on standard Medicare benefits and may vary depending on your individual circumstances, including whether you have reached the Medicare Safety Net threshold.

All services will be charged in full at the time of service. However, you may be able to reduce your out-of-pocket cost per session through the Medicare rebate, which is paid to an eligible person's account registered with Medicare. To claim the Medicare rebate, you will need a referral letter and your current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, which has sessions remaining for the calendar year. No, you do not need a referral letter or an MHCP to make a booking with a psychologist. However, if you attend the appointment without a referral, you will incur the full cost because you will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate. If you have private health extras insurance, you may be able to claim some of the cost, depending on your level of cover.
Currently, sessions with our team of psychologists are only conducted through Virtual health (with Online Video Conferencing capabilities).
Our mental health service is only available to those 18 years or older.

Please understand that our psychologists have reserved their time for you. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours’ notice so we have time to organise another patient who needs this service. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without valid medical reason within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to the cost of your originally booked consultation.
