Lindy is a registered Psychologist with an Honors Degree in Applied Science Psychology. She has 17 years' experience working with children, adolescents and adult clients in telehealth, private practice and primary/high school settings. She now dedicates her time working exclusively with adults.

 Lindy has experience working with trauma (PTSD) and abuse, anxiety and depression, domestic violence, homelessness and crisis intervention, personality disorders, grief and loss, life transition and change, & chronic pain management (having managed Fibromyalgia herself for the past ten years). Lindy has been trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies

 Lindy is empathic, warm and compassionate in her care of clients. She aims to equip her clients with individualized psychological skills and provide relevant psychoeducation.

 Her passion lies in helping her clients in the alleviation or management of their individual psychological symptomology.

 Lindy is available to consult with adult clients during weekdays.

Ira Milan is a registered psychologist with the Australian Psychological Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She has worked in school, community and private settings, with clients presenting with a wide range of mental health issues from culturally diverse backgrounds.

 Ira has a genuine interest in people's stories with a compassionate, empathic and energetic approach, working creatively to engage clients in therapy. She is committed to attending ongoing professional development and training. Ira's strength is building strong therapeutic relationships with young people and adults. She incorporates evidence-based techniques, drawing from a wide range of psychological approaches, contemporary research and individual strengths and interests to guide positive change and empowering individuals.

I am a registered psychologist with over 10 years’ experience and professional training working in variety of educational and clinical services in Scotland and Australia.

I am experienced in helping adults of all ages who present with a range of issues – mood disorders, trauma, low mood, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, grief, loss, life transitions, relationship concerns and interpersonal difficulties, self-care and self-esteem difficulties, and low motivation. Or when you are just feeling ‘stuck’ in areas of your life and find yourself repeating the same unhelpful patterns.

I work with adults aged 21 years and over, supporting people in navigating and adjusting to the challenges that come along with being human. At these times, help and guidance from a qualified professional can enable you to make positive changes and develop new ways of thinking that can take you closer to a more fulfilling personal life.
