Belinda is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and provides support to individual clients of all ages and genders, who may be experiencing a broad range of concerns that are impacting on their ability to function within their values, goals, and beliefs.

Belinda has extensive experience within the mental health field, working as a Clinician and Clinical Supervisor for NSW Health in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health service (CAMHS) for over 10years. She has also worked in both acute and non-acute NSW Mental Health teams for people across the life span including Older People and Adults. She has previously provided individual counselling services through her own private practice and has provided both group and individual supervision to clinicians from a range of services.

Belinda upholds the values of evidence-based and person-centred practice. She conducts herself in a manner that is professional, anti-discriminatory and respectful. She strives to empower her clients to make informed decisions and develop the skills to continue their journey of recovery.

Belinda sees counselling as a collaborative process in which clients have a safe place to better understand themselves and others and achieve both practical, cognitive, and emotional changes.

The main counselling methods Belinda utilises are Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) including exposure, relaxation, and mindfulness – based strategies) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also uses interventions from Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Joclyn enjoys working with adults and older adults (18+) who are feeling overwhelmed and struggling with life and in need of some emotional support. Joclyn’s main area of expertise is around helping clients with processing their emotions, learning better coping tools to manage relationships, and work and life problems.

Joclyn’s therapeutic style is based on over 16 years of experience working with adults and older adults in providing a supportive space, person centred and humanistic framework of empowering people to make changes in their lives according to their values. In her time of working in the field her approach is to really listen to clients and connect with them as they are the most important tools to assist people in creating change in their lives. She believes in the importance of empowering people, building their strengths and confidence to make their own choices in life. Joclyn works on exploring what the client needs and setting session goals based on what the client feels they are ready for. Some clients will be looking for tools to manage day to day life and some will be looking at gaining a better understanding of themselves and their experiences. Her approach is based on collaboration around the individuals needs and evidence-based practice.

Michael is a psychologist with extensive experience working with adolescents, families and adults who are experiencing emotional, social, behavioural and mental health difficulties. Michael has worked in a wide range of settings including private, public, research and community i.e. beyondblue, lifeline support services, headspace, disability services, Universities, the Department of Health and Quitline. Having spent much of his life overseas he has a culturally sensitive therapeutic approach. He also enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, from young adolescents to geriatrics. Michael has expertise in the assessment and treatment of adolescents with emotional difficulties.

Michael works collaboratively with his clients to reach their treatment goals by providing individualised support, utilising psychometrics, and evidence-based therapies. Alison has been a Registered Psychologist for 19 years and has post-graduate qualifications in Gestalt Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. She participates in reflective individual and peer clinical supervision on a regular basis. Alison uses different therapeutic approaches depending on the individual’s needs and these include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered practice, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. She is particularly passionate about bringing awareness to and enhancing the mind-body connection. 

 Alison has extensive experience within the mental health field, working in a variety of roles as a Clinician, Team Leader, Clinical Supervisor and in Learning and Development. Alison has clinical experience working with a variety of presentations including supporting people in crisis or at risk, depression, anxiety, psychosis, relationship issues, family and domestic violence, along with pregnancy issues and post and antenatal depression, parenting, problem gambling, adult ADHD as well as problems specific to the armed forces. 

 Alison has a very supportive and caring nature and conducts herself in a manner that is professional, collaborative and respectful. Lindy is a registered Psychologist with an Honors Degree in Applied Science Psychology. She has 17 years' experience working with children, adolescents and adult clients in telehealth, private practice and primary/high school settings. She now dedicates her time working exclusively with adults.

 Lindy has experience working with trauma (PTSD) and abuse, anxiety and depression, domestic violence, homelessness and crisis intervention, personality disorders, grief and loss, life transition and change, & chronic pain management (having managed Fibromyalgia herself for the past ten years). Lindy has been trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies

 Lindy is empathic, warm and compassionate in her care of clients. She aims to equip her clients with individualized psychological skills and provide relevant psychoeducation.
